Great stay with super friendly staff!

I was there for a biz trip and really enjoyed it! Staff were super helpful, even walked me to a grocery store. The room was clean, although the bathroom setup was a bit odd for me. Breakfast had a nice variety, especially the fresh fruits! Just wish the pillows were a bit firmer.

We had a lovely stay! The location was fantastic, right next to a shopping complex, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean, making it comfortable for our family with grown-up kids. The bathroom amenities were a nice touch too.

this hotel is located just steps away from the bus station to narita airport, making it super convenient. the staff were incredibly helpful, bringing extra pillows quickly. I loved the hot tub. it was a nice way to unwind after a day of exploring nikko. breakfast was great too, keeping me fueled for my activities.
